From that time throughout her management career, Ginni has always coached and mentored real estate professionals. After stepping down from her management career in 2009, Ginni continued to work with agents as a coach and still loves the process of seeing success develop. As well as coaching, Ginni also created a mentor program for real estate leaders to help them grow new successful real estate professionals.

Ginni first started coaching real estate agents in 1990, the early days of her real estate management career. She realized that if she was able to help guide the agents she was responsible for in success-based coaching, they would make more money and so would the office. She began working one-on-one with the agent population sharing not only their statistics, but also ways to grow their business to help them create more success.
