After many years of managing real estate offices, and then stepping down from corporate real estate management, Ginni added another component to her business. She started working with real estate companies of multiple sizes to help guide leadership with recruiting, profitability and all things needed to create success. Within this area, Ginni worked with leadership as well as individual office managers to help guide the needed activities to reach goals in recruiting and profitability and office structure. She helped companies create success-based training programs for both leaders and their agent populations.
